Ingredients

  • 8 Wonder® Non-GMO Project Verified White Hamburger Buns – separated & cut into quarters
  • 3 tbsp butter – melted
  • 4 cups canned peaches – drained
  • 1.5 cups 2% milk
  • 2⁄3 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup 10% cream
  • 3 eggs1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • Icing sugar for dusting
  • Maple syrup for drizzling

Directions

1. Tear Wonder® Non-GMO Project Verified White Hamburger buns into bite-sized quarter pieces. Toss with drained peaches and then place in buttered baking pan.
2. Whisk together milk, butter, sugar, cream, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla; pour over bread and peaches mixture, gently pressing to soak. Let stand for 10 minutes.
3. Bake at 350F for 50 minutes, until golden and custard is set.
4. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
5. Dust with icing sugar, drizzle with maple syrup & top with a dollop of fresh whipped cream.
