Sweet, and spicy with EPIC flavour and juiciness, these Turkey Cheese Burgers are the ultimate burger for your next family BBQ.

Ingredients
- 6 D’Italiano® Brioche Buns
- 1 1/2 lbs. (675 g) ground turkey
- 1 pouch onion roasted garlic soup mix
- 2 tbsp. (30 mL) chopped pickled jalapeno peppers, divided
- 1/3 cup Heinz® Garlic Aioli
- 3 tbsp. (45 mL) peach jam
- 6 slices Kraft® Extra Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 1/2 red onion sliced thinly
- Lettuce leaves
Directions
- Combine ground turkey, onion roasted garlic soup mix and 1 tbsp. jalapeno peppers in a medium bowl and form into 6 patties. Chill 1 hour.
- While the burgers chill, combine Heinz® Garlic Aioli, jam and the remaining 1 tbsp. Jalapeños and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Choose your preference – either grill burgers on BBQ or broil in the oven, turning once, until thoroughly cooked.
- In the last minute of cooking, melt one slice of Kraft® Extra Cheddar Cheese slice on top of each burger and remove once the cheese is melted.
- Lightly grill D’Italiano® Brioche buns. Top each bun with a burger patty, top with sauce mixture, onion and lettuce.
